|Crown of Wisdom|
|Effect||Enhances user's magic potential at cost of mind|
Crown of Wisdom is a sacred treasure of the Slane Theocracy.
Regarded as one of the Slane Theocracy's greatest treasures, it is the symbol of the Shaman Princess. This crown is used in the nation's magic ceremonies conducted by the Shaman Princess.
Described as a delicate artwork, adorned with countless small jewels decorated with gold threads, like droplets on a spider web. And at the center of the crown lies a large black crystal jewel.
While the limits in the New World prevent normal magic casters to surpass anything beyond third tier magic, save for a few exceptions, the crown is an artifact that allows a user bypass this limitation. However for all its advantages its has several severe flaws. One, it can only be used by one in 1,000,000 women in the Slane Theocracy. And two, which is a darker aspect of its properties, is the price of using this item. Once worn it limits the wearer's thinking ability like a puppet, and it cannot be removed without leaving the wearer's mind ruined. The only way to nullify its power over the host is for it to be destroyed. But since this item is a national treasure such a thought would be absurd.
- The detailed effect of the crown is described as "Changes the wearer into an item that activates extremely high-ranked magic." in volume 2.
